• Keep your password strong — use a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled — it significantly improves your account security.
• If you notice any suspicious login activity, change your password immediately and notify support.
• We advise against logging in over public Wi-Fi networks.

If any unauthorized activity is detected on your account, Jitaaceapps may temporarily suspend it — this is done for your own protection.

4Deposit Policy

Deposits on Jitaaceapps can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or e-wallet. The following policies apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 (may vary by payment method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Jitaaceapps does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must be made from your own account only — third-party deposits are not permitted.

5Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to withdrawing winnings from Jitaaceapps:

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200 (may vary by payment method).
• Mobile banking transactions are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Once a withdrawal request moves to "Processing" status, it cannot be cancelled.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.

Weekly withdrawal limits depend on the member's tier and account history. Higher limits apply for VIP members.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

All Jitaaceapps bonus offers are subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus means you agree to those terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus has a specific wagering requirement. For example, 30x means you need to wager 30 times the bonus amount.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days.

If any dishonest behavior is detected, Jitaaceapps will investigate and may suspend or terminate the account if necessary.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jitaaceapps and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Playing games using third-party funds.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Hacking, phishing, or attempting to breach the platform's security.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

11Account Closure

You may request to close your Jitaaceapps account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Jitaaceapps reserves the right to close or suspend accounts for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms.

• Fraudulent activity.
• Account inactivity (12 months).
• In compliance with legal directives.

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus funds may be forfeited.

12Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Jitaaceapps, please contact the support team first via live chat or email. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

• Once a complaint is submitted, the Jitaaceapps team will review all documentation and information before providing a resolution.
• If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority.
